Out-of-Office & Holiday Notice
Dear Patients,
-Rachael Duran, NP will be out of office from April 1st-13th, 2026
-Cecil Moreno, Health Advisor will be out of office from April 20th-24th, 2026
-Dr. Stuart Malcolm will be out beginning May 11th, 2026 for approximately four weeks for paternity leave. Dates are subject to change. Coverage from our other RTHM providers will be available for Dr. Malcolm’s patients during this time should you need assistance with your care.
If you send a message to your assigned provider during these times, please note that there may be a delay in response.
For any urgent needs, please contact your primary care provider, local urgent care, or emergency services as appropriate.
